The story of this post comes along with a little bit of history. In 2007, our paths crossed and we had no idea that our paths had crossed long before then. I met Tammy in 2007, we shared a desk together and were instantly friends. We would share stories of the boys we were dating…hers named Joshua and mine, now my husband. We shared something in common – Joshua was a teacher and so was my husband, so we continued to talk and a friendship blossomed. Weeks later and it all came together. My husband knew Joshua when we were dating back in 2001, which is when I met him. Shortly after, Joshua met Tammy and years later…fast forward to 2007, Tammy and I were sitting at a desk across from each other chit chatting. Talk about a full circle…
It has been a few years now and Tammy and I have become the greatest of friends. We see each other often and still share our stories together. Last summer, I got the news…she was getting married. I laughed and I cried, I was so happy for them. What is a friend to do with a friend that is getting married?? Take their engagement photos, of course!! So, the husband and I decided that we would share one of our most favorite places on earth with Tammy & Joshua. Los Olivos was the perfect back drop for an amazing pair of friends. A little bit of wine tasting, some photographs, gorgeous scenery, great friends, and good food. Who could ask for more?
Congratulations to you both. I am the luckiest girl in the world to have people like you in life. Can’t wait to experience it all with you in April. Bliss!
